Senior Account Representative

Location:Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, D.C., Delaware, & Florida

Requirements:

  • Applicants for this position must have at least two years of outside sales experience and at least some familiarity with the residential real estate closing/title process.
  • In addition, candidates must possess a great attention to detail, be able to manage 25+ client visits per month, and must have reliable transportation and be willing to cover a large territory.
  • The ideal candidate for this position thrives in a fast-paced environment, is outgoing, and persistent.

Senior Residential Real Estate Paralegal

Location:Needham, MA

Type:Full-Time

Applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with the following:

  • HUD-1/CD preparation, title review, title clearing, client relations, closing scheduling, and general office tasks including proficiency with various closing software.
  • Experience with Qualia software a plus.
  • Must be able to manage 50+ closings per month (with the assistance from your team). A thorough understanding of TRID Guidelines along with the Why and How within the closing process a must.

Applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years experience with the following:

  • Title rundown/review/recording
  • Contract review/revision
-Refinance and purchase closing

Candidates must be in good standing with the CT Bar, have current CT Notary commission, have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to closings all over the state, in the evening, and occasionally on Saturday.
