Originally from Montreal‚ Canada‚ Attorney Cuttler received his degree in Social Sciences from Marianopolis College in 1996 then went on to obtain a BA in psychology from Concordia University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2000. Attorney Cuttler continued his studies at New England School of Law in Boston, focusing in the area of real estate law. He graduated with Dean’s List honors in 2005 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar that same year. He served as counsel with Barbera & Shargel LLP in their real estate department prior to merging with Kriss Law/Atlantic in 2008. Attorney Cuttler serves as a senior attorney specializing in buyer and seller representation and real estate closings. David was named a partner of the firm in 2015.

Attorney Parker is a well-respected attorney in Montgomery County, MD. He has been practicing in the area of real estate law since 1985.  David was the founding President of Village Settlements, Inc., which following its acquisition by Atlantic Closing & Escrow, has offices in Gaithersburg, Greenbelt and Frederick, MD.

In addition to residential real estate settlements, David specializes in completing complex commercial transactions. Attorney Parker is highly visible in the industry as an author and lecturer on real estate related issues.  As an educator, he leads continuing education courses for real estate agents and brokers. His columns have appeared regularly in local newspapers, magazines and newsletters. He also co-authored the book “Real Estate Practice in DC, Maryland and Virginia.”

David received his J.D. from the William and Mary School of Law, where he was the winner of the William and Mary Negotiating Competition and runner-up at the United States Eastern Regional Negotiating Competition.  He also won the prestigious American Jurisprudence Awards in Contracts and Criminal Law.

Attorney Parker received his B.A., Magna Cum Laude, with distinction in political science from James Madison University. His professional affiliations include the Maryland State, Montgomery County and the American Bar Associations.

Attorney Simon joined Village Settlements after serving the real estate community for ten years as a real estate agent and office sales manager.  He is based in the Gaithersburg office. As an experienced contract drafter and negotiator, Attorney Simon is available to assist agents and clients with contract drafting and review, complex commercial real estate settlements, and other real estate matters. His experience as an arbitrator on the Professional Standards Committee of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors is invaluable in assisting agents with issues related to procuring cause and interpretation of the rules of ethics.

Mark received his B.A. from Denison University, earned his J.D. from The University of Baltimore, Cum Laude, and won the prestigious American Jurisprudence Awards in Contracts and Real Property Law.

In addition to being admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland, Attorney Simon is also a licensed real estate broker and a member of the National, Maryland, and Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Maryland State and Montgomery County Bar Associations.

Jennifer Coulson

Jennifer served as Controller of Village Settlements from 2003 until the company’s acquisition in 2023. As a result of her vast experience, she was named Kriss Law/Atlantic’s Vice President of Finance shortly thereafter.

Ms. Coulson is instrumental in the management of the multitude of financial transactions that are so integrally related to the real estate settlement process. In such capacity, along with her team, she interfaces on a daily basis with all of the banks and financial institutions with whom we do business.

Jennifer is a CPA, a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), and participates in the MACPA (Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants).

Jennifer and her family reside in a community near the company’s Gaithersburg office.

Ms. Coulson has a BSBA from the University of Delaware and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Danielle Hill

Danielle grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Shippensburg University in 2006. She relocated to Massachusetts in 2008 to attend Suffolk University, where she graduated in 2009 with a second bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies. Danielle joined Kriss Law/Atlantic in 2009 and took over both our Funding and Disbursement Departments shortly thereafter. Through a keen attention to detail and an eye for efficiency, Danielle has streamlined many of our processes to create checkpoints for quality control while maintaining our focus on providing excellent customer service throughout the entire transaction. In 2023, Danielle’s role changed when she was named Director of Compliance and Financial Operations. In her new role, Ms. Hill and her team ensure that all of the firm’s operations, financial and otherwise, are 100% compliant.

An active member of GCAAR and the Women’s Council of Realtors, Leslie is also active in the coordination of continuing education programs and classes for real estate license renewal. Ms. Childs was 2011 affiliate of the year of the Greater Capital Area Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Leslie attended West Virginia Wesleyan College, and is the mother of three beautiful daughters.

Born and raised in Massachusetts and a current resident of Burlington, Kelly joined Kriss Law/Atlantic in 2018.  With over 25 years of experience in the residential mortgage/title industry, she is well known by her clients as going the extra mile to get deals to the finish line.

Away from the office, Kelly enjoys playing golf, tennis and spending time with her husband, daughters and her Frenchie, Craig.

David Tiberio

David is a seasoned business development professional with over 30 years of experience in financial services and mortgage banking. Mr.Tiberio’s career includes tenures in finance and mortgage/default servicing at Bank of America, where he also managed the bank’s residential REO portfolio through outsourced vendor relationships.

Since 2007, he has held national sales roles for several mortgage services providers (First American, Avenue 365, LenderLive/Covius) that were primarily focused on title and related product offerings on the default side of the business. Prior to joining Kriss Law/Atlantic, David’s most recent business development role was with Mission Global, a provider of trading and capital markets support services. At Mission Global, target client segments included NQM and private lenders/aggregators, servicers, and distressed funds.

Based in Western New York, David’s interests outside of work include basketball, tennis, pickleball, and spending time with his family. Tiberio is a professional musician as well, and enjoys playing in several bands around the Rochester area.

Ross Tompkins

Ross is a 16-year title and settlement sales representative veteran. In that time, he has worked with attorneys, lenders, national accounts of all kinds, and Realtor partners. Prior to that, Mr. Tompkins served 18 years in wholesale and retail mortgage banking.

A SUNY Orange graduate, Ross is a member and contributor of NAPMW, the Mid-Hudson MBA, and the Dutchess County Association of Realtors.

Away from work, Ross enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Sharon Zickendrath

Ms. Zickendrath is a 20-plus year real estate industry veteran. Beginning her career as a processor for a national wholesale lender, she quickly rose the ranks to the position of mortgage sales representative. With this experience in tow, Sharon then transitioned to the title side of the business where she worked for a national provider for more than a decade. Known for her great knowledge and understanding of what it takes to work as a team and how to generate business while maintaining loyal relationships, Sharon travels throughout the country visiting and supporting Kriss Law/Atlantic clientele.

Sharon served as the first female President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals-Providence Chapter, co-chair of the Young Mortgage Professionals, is an active committee member of the Association of Women in Mortgage Banking, and proudly serves as membership director for The Women’s Real Estate Council of Rhode Island. In addition, Ms. Zickendrath is a Rhode Island Mortgage Bankers Association board member.

Originally from New York and raised in California, Sharon resides in Rhode Island with her husband and daughter and is a fluent Spanish speaker.
