Attorney Kriss was born and raised in Rhode Island‚ conducted his undergraduate studies in Maine‚ and earned his law degree in Connecticut. The son of two small business owners‚ Attorney Kriss brings that same hardworking dedication to his practice. He has brought Kriss Law and Atlantic Closing & Escrow from a small practice to one of the most recognized real estate firms on the East Coast operating under the credo that “no call ever goes unreturned‚” Attorney Kriss has also served as a contributor to Mortgage Originator Magazine.
Michael P. Krone‚ Esq.‚ Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Attorney Krone has been involved in the practice of real estate law for over 30 years. He has managed several real estate businesses and law firms and has vast experience in the title insurance industry. Attorney Krone has served as Vice President of First American Title Insurance Company and was founder and CEO of ClosingCounsel.com. He brings his experience in operations to Kriss Law and Atlantic Closing & Escrow, LLC in the development of new technologies and services while emphasizing customer care and satisfaction. Attorney Krone also directs the Kriss Law and Atlantic Closing & Escrow, LLC's educational services for Realtors‚ Lenders‚ Buyers and Sellers.
Chris Morton, Esq., Managing Attorney
Attorney Morton has been with the Kriss Law and Atlantic Closing & Escrow, LLC since May of 2005. Born and raised in Westbrook‚ Maine, he is a 1994 graduate of the New England School of Law. Attorney Morton is senior title counsel at Kriss Law and Atlantic Closing & Escrow, LLC, and specializes in the representation of mortgage lenders‚ buyers and sellers in real estate acquisitions and financing.
Scott M. Taylor‚ Esq., Partner
Raised in Newton‚ Massachusetts‚ Attorney Taylor joined Kriss Law and Atlantic Closing & Escrow, LLC in 2008 and became a partner in 2015. Attorney Taylor graduated with honors from Lehigh University in 2002 and Suffolk University Law School in 2006. Attorney Taylor focuses on general real estate and land title matters‚ including representing buyers and sellers in purchase and sale negotiations‚ as well as representing lenders in residential real estate closings.
David Cuttler‚ Esq., Partner
Originally from Montreal‚ Canada‚ Attorney Cuttler received his degree in Social Sciences from Marianopolis College in 1996 then went on to obtain a BA in Psychology from Concordia University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2000. Attorney Cuttler continued his studies at New England School of Law in Boston, focusing in the area of Real Estate Law. He graduated with Dean's List honors in 2005 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar that same year. He served as counsel with Barbera & Shargel LLP in their Real Estate department prior to merging with Kriss Law and Atlantic Closing & Escrow, LLC in 2008. Attorney Cuttler serves as a senior attorney specializing in buyer and seller representation and real estate closings. David was named a partner of the firm in 2015.
Susan Sullivan, Managing Paralegal
Susan joined Kriss Law/Atlantic in 2011. She has over 13 years of real estate settlement experience. Ms. Sullivan is responsible for managing and overseeing the firm’s senior paralegals and assisting in every aspect of our closing process.
Beverly Goodwin, Business Intake & Office Manager
A lifelong resident of Waltham, Massachusetts, Beverly joined Kriss Law/Atlantic 8 years ago following a nearly three decade stint as a Commonwealth of Massachusetts State Manager. As Firm Manager, she works closely with all departments to see that our customer service and overall process runs smoothly.
Danielle Hill, Funding & Disbursement Manager
Danielle Hill grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Shippensburg University in 2006. She relocated to Massachusetts in 2008 to attend Suffolk University, where she graduated in 2009 with a second bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies. Danielle joined Kriss Law/Atlantic in 2009 and took over both our Funding and Disbursement Departments shortly thereafter. Through a keen attention to detail and an eye for efficiency, Danielle has streamlined many of our processes to create check points for quality control while maintaining our focus on providing excellent customer service throughout the entire transaction.
Irene Figueiredo, Human Resources/Firm Manager
Born and raised in Massachusetts and a current resident of Natick, Irene joined Kriss Law/Atlantic in 2016. Irene graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Education. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources and office management and has worked in the research and development industry for most of her career. She performs these functions at Kriss Law/Atlantic. Irene is a highly creative problem solver, effective people person and team builder. Irene enjoys running, mountain biking and yoga in her free time.
Jacob "Jack" M. Gregori, Esq., Regional Counsel
Attorney Gregori has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business, and earned a JD from Boston University School of Law in 2002. After being admitted to the Maryland Bar, Mr. Gregori founded and managed a successful title company in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and has been practicing real estate law continuously since that time. Mr. Gregori specializes in real estate matters pertaining to Maryland, DC, and Virginia but also holds licenses and has conducted business in a number of other states.
Seth G. Levine, Operations Manager - Mid Atlantic
Mr. Levine completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, graduating in 1999. He was then involved with several Internet start-ups before joining Custom Title & Escrow in 2003 as Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer. Based in Bethesda, MD, Mr. Levine helped Custom Title grow from four to forty-five employees, conducting business in 27 states. In 2009 along with Jacob Gregori, Mr. Levine opened Great Oak Title & Escrow based in Chevy Chase, MD servicing clients in MD, DC and VA. Mr. Levine is a licensed Maryland Title Producer as well as a licensed Realtor.
Ginger Yondolino, Florida State Manager
Ginger was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York where she attended Baruch College (CUNY), majoring in accounting. After relocating to South Florida she completed her paralegal studies at Broward College. Most of her career has been devoted to real estate law. She has worked in A-V rated law firms representing developers, buyers and sellers, successfully managed title companies specializing in residential transactions, originated mortgage loans, and has also served as a board member for several homeowners' associations. Ginger is a certified paralegal, a licensed title agent, and will oversee all Kriss Law/Atlantic Florida operations.

Attorney Hollander is a graduate of George Washington University and Quinnipiac University School of Law. He has been in private practice since 1999 in Connecticut specializing in transactional matters including representation of buyers, sellers, and lenders. Attorney Hollander's practice has also included his appointment as a Special Public Defender.
Charles Silver, Esq., Connecticut Counsel
Charles graduated from Lehigh University in 1974 with a B.S. in Accounting and from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1977 with a J.D. Charles began his career in 1977 at Arthur Anderson & Company in Hartford, Connecticut as a Senior Tax Accountant. Charles became a CPA in 1979. In 1981 he became a Junior Partner with the Law Firm Rome, Case, Kennelly and Klebanoff in Bloomfield, Connecticut and in 1990 he joined the firm of Beizer and Weintraub in West Hartford, Connecticut as a Partner. Charles opened his own Law Practice in Bloomfield, Connecticut in 1995 and a second office in Stratford, Connecticut in 2005. Charles joins his Kriss Law/Atlantic colleagues in representing buyers, sellers, and lenders.
Margaret Gunkel, Esq.
Attorney Gunkel focuses on residential real estate matters. Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Attorney Gunkel graduated with honors from Middlebury College in 2005 and from Charleston School of Law in 2009. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Georgia, and South Carolina. Prior to joining Kriss Law, Attorney Gunkel practiced bankruptcy law.
Alex Mulcahy, Esq.
Attorney Mulcahy joins his colleagues at Kriss Law/Atlantic in focusing on representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential real estate transactions. Alex currently resides in Natick, Massachusetts where he was born and raised. Attorney Mulcahy graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2008 and went on to earn his JD in 2012 at the New England School of Law.
Corey Pelletier, Esq.
Originally from Attleboro, MA, Attorney Pelletier earned his undergraduate degree from Babson College in 1998. After graduation, he owned and operated the Wellesley Bread Company before attending Suffolk University Law School. Attorney Pelletier’s practice focuses on representing Buyers and Sellers in real estate negotiations and lenders in real estate closings.
Anthony Musto, Esq.
Attorney Musto earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Massachusetts. Anthony joins his colleagues at Kriss Law/Atlantic in focusing on representing buyers, sellers and lenders in residential real estate transactions. Prior to joining Kriss Law/Atlantic, Attorney Musto worked as an associate at Reed & Giordano in Boston, where he handled a multitude of civil matters on behalf of his clients.
Aviv Shamash, Esq.
Attorney Shamash focuses on residential real estate matters. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Attorney Shamash earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He then attended Suffolk University Law School where he graduated, summa cum laude, in 2012. Aviv interned at Kriss Law/Atlantic during his law school tenure.
Dylan Griffis, Esq.
Raised in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, Attorney Griffis joined Kriss Law/Atlantic in 2016. Attorney Griffis graduated from the University of Rhode Island cum laude in 2006 and from Roger Williams University School of Law cum laude in 2012. Attorney Griffis focuses his practice on general real estate matters including representing buyers and sellers in purchase and sales negotiations and representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential real estate closings. Geoffrey Sciotti, Esq.
Attorney Sciotti was raised in Lincoln, Rhode Island. He joined Kriss Law/Atlantic in 2016. Attorney Sciotti graduated from Fairfield University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. In 2014, he earned his juris doctor with a focus in real estate law at Suffolk University Law School. Attorney Sciotti focuses his practice on general real estate matters, including representing residential purchasers and sellers in purchase and sales negotiation matters and representing purchasers, sellers and lenders in residential real estate closings. Attorney Sciotti is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Kevin Silva, Esq.
Raised in Rhode Island and currently residing in Southborough, MA, Attorney Silva focuses his practice on residential real estate matters. Prior to joining Kriss Law/Atlantic, Kevin served as a clerk with the Boston Housing Authority and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Christopher Saabye, Esq.
Attorney Saabye was raised in Providence, RI and received his undergraduate degree in Sociology from George Washington University in 2004. He then attended the University of Baltimore School of Law where he received his J.D. in 2010. Attorney Saabye has practiced as a Real Estate Attorney since 2010 and works out of the Kriss Law/Atlantic the Washington, D.C location.
