As we shift into the heart of the new year and put 2020 fully behind us--and what a year it was--we at Kriss Law/Atlantic want to thank all of our clients for your hard work, dedication, and trust in us.
Despite previously unthinkable challenges, our team, your teams, and our industry as a whole, rose to the occasion and posted a record year. It wasn't always easy and continues to be difficult, but the successes across the board are a testament to the tenacity of each and every one of you.
With this said, as 2021 gets into full swing with historically strong refinance volume and hot purchase markets in many parts of the country, operationally, our focus is squarely placed on improving what we believe was already last year's best-in-industry service.
From adding even more pandemic-friendly closing locations (see them all here: Closing Locations) and expanding one of the industry's largest staffs, to promoting internal cross-training and enhanced education for our team, we can confidently say that we are going into 2021 ready for whatever volume may come.
In addition, our title turn times remain the industry's best, our one point of contact system is flourishing, and we continue to safely and efficiently close transactions wherever and whenever our customers would like in all 50 States.
When it comes to the client services piece of our business, now that we are well-versed in dealing with the Covid-related challenges, our efforts have fully shifted to the restoration of our normal activities, which as always, are aimed at assisting our lender and Realtor clients with business generation.
First and foremost, our Realtor continuing education program continues to be robust. In fact, with the sessions being fully virtual for the time being, we were able to educate more agents and brokers in 2020 then ever before. It's our intention to grow this program by at least 50% this year.
