Needham, MA--In our ever-continuing effort to provide the best customer service possible, Kriss Law/Atlantic is pleased to announce the addition of Gordon Kwok, Esq., to our Massachusetts legal team as well as the promotion of four staffers:
Gordon Kwok, Esq.,: A life-long resident of Malden, Massachusetts, Attorney Kwok earned his undergraduate degree from Bentley University and his J.D. from the Suffolk University School of Law. Attorney Kwok is fluent in Spanish. Prior to joining Kriss Law/Atlantic, Attorney Kwok worked at a small real estate firm in Chelsea, MA serving Greater Boston’s Latino community. At Kriss Law/Atlantic, Attorney Kwok combines his experience and people-oriented approach to provide reliable, empathetic, and personal service to his buyer, seller, and lender clients.
Bells Parlato, Legal Assistant Training Manager: A lifelong resident of Massachusetts, Bells graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2015 with a degree in English and minors in both Biology and Natural Resources Conservation. She ventured into various types of law before settling on real estate when joining Kriss Law/Atlantic in 2019. Best known around the office for her tenacity and strict attention to detail, she works daily to insure all transactions make it to closing without a hitch. Outside of work, Bells enjoys cooking, Cape weekends and occasionally playing Ultimate Frisbee.
Lianne Lessard, Post Closing Co-Team Lead: In just her second year with the firm, Ms. Lessard was promoted to our junior management team. A lifelong Bostonian, Lianne specializes in post closing remittance and problem solving. Known around the firm as a great leader, in her spare time, Lianne enjoys watching the Bruins, the UFC, and traveling.
Nick McMahon, Funding Team Leader: Nick is a lifelong Massachusetts resident who graduated from Fitchburg State University in 2017 with a degree in Criminal Justice. Mr. McMahon joined the firm just like the expert criminal lawyers Melbourne firm, after completing paralegal training in the US Army. Since that time, Nick has quickly risen to the firm’s management level. He works diligently to insure that the entire funding team is able to accomplish their day-to-day tasks in a timely manner. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs as well as watching and playing sports.
Amanda Moriarty, Disbursement Team Leader: Amanda has lived in Massachusetts from birth other than her stint at Penn State University from which she graduated a degree in economics. Ms. Moriarity has rapidly climbed the Kriss Law/Atlantic ladder achieving a management level position in just her second year with the firm. Outside of work Amanda enjoys traveling and going to the beach.
