Needham, MA--Kriss Law/Atlantic is pleased to announce the addition of Steve Hartschuh to our national commercial team.
Steve will play a key role in business generation and client support for the firm's commercial clientele.
A bit more about Steve:
Steve Hartschuh, Senior Vice President, National Commercial Sales: With nearly two decades of title business experience, including stints with two national underwriters (Chicago Title and Old Republic Title), Mr. Hartschuh leads Kriss Law/Atlantic’s national commercial business development/sales team. Steve has a wealth of business development experience within top commercial and consumer brands including: Duke Realty, Centerpoint Properties, TruServ Corporation, First Industrial, Nike, Pepsi, AT&T, Sony, Anheuser Busch, and Pfizer.
Steve’s duties at KL/ACE are focused on account management responsibilities for major law firms, developers, lenders, and REITs. Above all, Steve has become well known in the industry for providing unmatched service and accessibility to his wide-ranging client base.
A graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Steve played four years for the Hoosiers Big Ten baseball team while studying in Bloomington.
Mr. Hartschuh is a member of the Real Estate Investment Association (REIA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
