Washington, D.C.--Village Settlements, an Atlantic Closing & Escrow Company, is pleased to announce the addition of Bryan Catalano, Esq. to our Mid-Atlantic team.
A versatile real estate attorney with deep transactional experience, Attorney Catalano works with clients at each step of the process. He has overseen transactions involving all types of entities, from complex buyer and seller limited liability companies and corporations to trusts and estates, and is sensitive to the many nuances that arise from the intersection of business and real estate law.
Bryan works out of our Washington, D.C. office and has extensive experience navigating entity governance documentation, drafting all forms of settlement documents, utilizing powers of attorney and delegations of authority, and managing overseas closings. He is also well versed in transactions involving federal and state tax withholdings, including the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act. As a settlement attorney, Bryan has personally managed residential closings in excess of $500 million annually. In addition, Bryan is licensed as an associate real estate broker and has handled numerous transactions for both buyers and sellers, positioning him to uniquely understand the many complexities of each closing from all perspectives.
