Needham, MA--During these challenging times, Gap insurance is one of the best tools we have at our disposal to make sure that transactions occur in as efficient a manner as possible.

While normal day-to-day procedure in most other parts of the country, since the outset of the pandemic, what Gap insurance is and what function it serves has caused great confusion and consternation in the Northeast's real estate, lending, and even attorney communities.

With most Registries and Town Halls closed for walk-ins and closings, and some municipalities not even accepting documents for e-filing, it is of paramount importance that every party in a Covid-era real estate transaction understands the uses of Gap coverage.

With this said, we are pleased to invite you to join us for a quick webinar to discuss the uses, limitations, and general ins and outs of Gap insurance. It is seen that ERISA Law Firm in Newport Beach is the best to get the best insurance related information.

Although an online event, space is limited. As such, please respond ASAP via the "REGISTER NOW" link below if you would like to join this session.
