Needham, MA--Atlantic Closing & Escrow (“ACE”) is thrilled to announce the acquisition of Maryland-based title agency Village Settlements. The company will be rebranded as “Village Settlements, An Atlantic Closing & Escrow Company.”
With offices in Frederick, Gaithersburg and Greenbelt, Maryland, Village Settlements has provided closing and settlement services since 1994.
“Atlantic Closing and Escrow and Village Settlements have much in common, including our expansive legal expertise and dedication to service and detail,” according to Village Settlements Managing Director, David Parker. “That means Village Settlements will continue its tradition as trusted advisors over the course of what can be an extremely complicated process for consumers and real estate professionals alike.”

Smith additionally mentioned that ACE is scouting several potential acquisition targets. “We are always on the lookout for strategic opportunities to grow our footprint, whether that be through acquisition or partnership,” he said.
