Needham, MA--In response to a need for law firms and title companies to perform social distancing from their clients during the COVID-19 outbreak, the Governors of Connecticut, New York, and New Hampshire have passed temporary orders allowing for electronic notarization.
We at Kriss Law/Atlantic will be performing closings in this manner in those jurisdictions immediately.
