Needham, MA--Kriss Law/Atlantic's Realtor Continuing Education Program broke new ground once again yesterday--this time because the event was held online due to the pandemic.
With just under 1000 participants logged in, the event kicked off with Kriss Law/Atlantic President and CEO Scott Kriss' opening remarks and welcome. In addition to introducing himself and the morning's panel of experts, Attorney Kriss briefly touched on current world events and complimented the attendee Realtors for making a $10 donation to the event's charitable beneficiary--the Greater Boston Food Bank. Especially in these times, this cause is very near and dear to the Kriss Law/Atlantic family and the firm is thrilled to donate to this fantastic charity.
From there, Attorney Kriss began the session on "Residential Loan & Credit Market Today." Joining Attorney Kriss for this discussion were Shant Banosian, Branch Manager and Senior Vice President, Guaranteed Rate, Craig Barber, Branch Sales Manager, Fairway Independent Mortgage, and Dan Bello, Senior Loan Officer, Residential Mortgage Services.
The panel teamed with Kriss to provide detailed insight into the latest trends and issues related to residential lending. A large portion of the presentation focused on the effect that COVID-19 has had on lending. Banosian, Barber, and Bello did an outstanding job going in depth on the changes clients face as a result of the outbreak.
