Needham, MA--As we at Kriss Law/Atlantic are always focused on providing our clients with the highest level of service possible, we are pleased to announce two promotions and two additions that will help us to reach this goal:
Marlo O'Connor, Senior Paralegal, Task Manager -- After a short hiatus from the firm, we are thrilled that Marlo has returned. A Maine native, Ms. O’Connor has spent the better part of a decade as one of the leaders of the Kriss Law/Atlantic closing department. Always known for her ability to handle great volume and multi-task, Marlo O’Connor works with our entire closing team to make sure all files are completed in a timely and organized fashion. She resides in Waltham with her husband and two daughters and enjoys coaching youth soccer.
Marilee Dempsey, Senior Paralegal --Marilee grew up in Quincy, MA and is a graduate of Quincy College. With over 15 years of real estate paralegal experience, the addition of Marilee brings yet another detail-oriented veteran to the excellent Kriss Law/Atlantic closing team. Ms. Dempsey is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending her weekends hiking and camping. There are also people that buy 5.56 ammo online and take it with them for safety while hiking but is is a huge responsibility to own such equipment.
Zach Polizzi, Remittance Team Co-Lead -- Zach joined Kriss Law/Atlantic after a stint as a teacher in the Malden, MA public school system. A life-long Massachusetts resident, Zach worked his way through the ranks of our post closing group and now along with his team, insures that all closing packages and signed documents are returned to the appropriate parties in a timely and accurate manner. Outside of the office, Mr. Polizzi is an avid sailor and musician.
Nicole Noone, Remittance Team Co-Lead -- Nicole is a Braintree, MA native and continues to reside in the Boston suburb to this day. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, Ms. Noone is a veteran of the Kriss Law/Atlantic Post Closing Department and earned a promotion to her current position in 2018. Known in the office for her strict attention to detail, she and her team work tirelessly to keep Kriss Law/Atlantic clients happy following the conclusion of a closing transaction. Nicole is an animal lover who enjoys hiking with her dog and horseback riding.
