Needham, MA--Kriss Law/Atlantic is pleased to announce the promotions of Susan Makin to Chief Operating Officer and Robert Fedorowicz to Chief Financial Officer.
Susan Makin, COO: Susan has successfully led all Kriss Law/Atlantic operations for nearly a decade. With an unparalleled wealth of knowledge and unmatched attention to detail, our entire firm enjoys working with Susan on a daily basis. From hiring the most talented staff in the industry to jumping into files when she is needed, Susan is always available for Kriss Law/Atlantic employees and clients.
Robert Fedorowicz, CFO: A 27-year resident of Westwood, Massachusetts, Bob oversees all Kriss Law/Atlantic finances. Mr. Fedorowicz received his undergraduate degree from Bentley College and has extensive accounting and real estate experience including property acquisition, development, management, and construction. Previously, Bob held titles as Controller, Systems Manager and Certified Consultant within the real estate Industry. In addition, Bob earned his certification in Sage 300 CRE Real Estate and Construction in 2015 and holds his Massachusetts real estate license.
