Newton, MA--After a nearly four year hiatus due to the pandemic, Kriss Law/Atlantic's signature spring realtor continuing education returned this week to great fanfare.
The day's events kicked off promptly at 10:00am with the attendees settling in to hear Kriss Law/Atlantic President and CEO Scott Kriss' opening remarks and welcome. In addition to thanking the day's many sponsors and participants, Attorney Kriss also complimented the attendee Realtors for making a $10 donation to the event's charitable beneficiary, the Alex's Team Foundation. This cause is very near and dear to the Kriss Law/Atlantic family and the firm is thrilled to donate several thousand dollars to this fantastic charity.
From there, Attorney Kriss began the morning session on "Residential Loan & Credit Market Today." Joining Attorney Kriss on stage for this discussion were Shant Banosian, Branch Manager and Senior Vice President, Guaranteed Rate, George Koutsos, SVP, Cross Country Mortgage, and Bryan Kurzman, Vice President & Senior Loan Officer, Leader Bank. The panel teamed with Kriss to provide detailed insight into the latest trends and issues related to residential lending.
Upon the completion of the morning session, lunch was served and the agents were able to mingle with each other and the many present sponsors and participants.
The afternoon portion of the program consisted of a detailed review of "Understanding Title Issues" again led by Attorney Kriss. This time, Kriss was joined by panelists Craig Barber, Branch Manager, Fairway Independent Mortgage, Dan Bello, Senior Loan Officer, Guild Mortgage, and Andrew Monticone, Senior Loan Officer, Leader Bank. Kriss, Monticone, Barber, and Bello teamed to provide a lively and anecdotal presentation focusing on an area that many clients count on their agent to be familiar with.
