Newton, MA--Kriss Law/Atlantic's Realtor Continuing Education Program broke new ground once again this week.
The day's events kicked off promptly at 10:00am with the attendees settling in to hear Kriss Law/Atlantic President and CEO Scott Kriss' opening remarks and welcome. In addition to thanking the day's many sponsors and participants, Attorney Kriss also complimented the attendee Realtors for making a $10 donation to the event's charitable beneficiary, the Jimmy Fund. A cause near and dear to the Kriss Law/Atlantic family, the firm is thrilled to donate several thousand dollars to this fantastic charity.
From there, Attorney Mike Krone began the morning session on "FHA Loans." Joining Attorney Krone on stage for this discussion were Shant Banosian, Branch Manager and Senior Vice President, Guaranteed Rate, as well as Rob Edelstein, Principal and Co-Founder, Universal Capital. The panel teamed with Krone to provide detailed insight into the various government lending programs that are available in today's mortgage market.
Upon the completion of the morning session, lunch was served and the agents were able to mingle with each other and the many present sponsors and participants.
The afternoon portion of the program consisted of a detailed review of "Brokerage Relationships." Karen Sexton, Sales Manager, Compass Real Estate, Weston and Cambridge, Massachusetts and Justin Davidson, Legislative and Regulatory Counsel, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, joined Attorney Krone for this session. Krone and the panel teamed to provide a lively and anecdotal presentation focusing on an area that is paramount to the everyday business of all Realtors.
