Needham, MA--2019 has brought with it a shift to more of a buyers' market, a slight spike in refinance volume, and a reduction in overall transactions as compared to this time last year. As a result, now more than ever, it is imperative that service is to a level that leaves clients wanting nothing more than to refer Realtor, lender, and closing entity.
With this in mind, Kriss Law/Atlantic's unique 50 State One-Point-Of-Contact service model is of paramount importance as it insures that customers leave a transaction thrilled with the experience and ready to refer.
In our system, lender, Realtor, and borrower deal with only one senior processing/paralegal contact known as their "1POC". As multiple decade veterans of the title business, we have found that the leading cause of settlement-related dissatisfaction is having multiple closing entity contacts involved in a single transaction. This leads to confusion, communication breakdowns, and ultimately, a poor customer experience.
While in our system each 1POC has a large support team that enables superior service at any volume, this is transparent to those involved in the transaction. At all times, the only person any party related to the file will interact with is the 1POC.
