Gaithersburg, MD--Village Settlements, an Atlantic Closing & Escrow Company, is pleased to announce the additions of Jonathan Levy, Esq. and Rachel Korb as well as the return of Ann Smith to our Mid-Atlantic team:
Jonathan Levy, Esq., Senior Attorney: Born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, Attorney Levy received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland, and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the UB Law Forum.
Mr. Levy began his career in private practice where he built his legal foundation and reputation representing builders, lenders, businesses and individuals in many areas of real estate, corporate and business law. He later joined a respected title group where he became Partner. Attorney Levy has established an extensive real estate transactional practice over the years, assisting with all types and aspects of real estate deals, from contract, title underwriting and resolution, through settlement. Jon teaches continuing education classes to agents and brokers, and frequently speaks to groups of agents on relevant real estate topicality.
Jon is licensed member of both the Maryland and District of Columbia Bars, and additionally is licensed to conduct closings and issue title insurance in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Mr. Levy resides in Rockville, Maryland with his wife and children.

Rachel Korb, Senior Account Representative, Mid Atlantic: A Virginia native, Rachel brings over two decades of real estate experience to her work as an advocate to her clients. Ms. Korb’s roles in the industry have ranged from Realtor, to title title processor, to licensed originator.
Rachel leans on her extensive background when working with our Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. clientele.
Away from work, Rachel enjoys MMA, spending time with her two sons, and supporting our veterans.

Ann Smith, Settlement Processor: Ms Smith rejoins us after a brief hiatus bringing back her well-known knack for client service and settlement processing knowledge.
Ann began working at Village Settlements in 1991 and progressed from part time receptionist to a firm leader. She worked in the Gaithersburg office until the opening of our Frederick location 2006.
As a Processor, Ann is fully responsible for assembling all information necessary for settlement, including interfacing with lenders, surveyors, buyers, sellers, Realtors, and all others necessary to ensure an accurate and professional experience.
