For the first time in well over a decade, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has announced an increase in recording fees. The increase will go into effect on December 31, 2019.
In order to help insure that costs to cure and client confusion is kept to a minimum, we at Kriss Law/Atlantic want to make sure that you are fully aware of the changes.

**For those of you using our online LE Calulator (https://krisslawatlantic.com/le-calculator/), please note that if you select an "Estimated Close Date" of 12/31/19 or later, the updated recording fees will automatically populate.**
